David Mathos, 57, of Salisbury, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at his residence. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Donald Mathos and Helen Dzmiera Mathos. David was employed as an aircraft mechanic for Piedmont – US Airlines for 27 years. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, MaryJo Sutton McCarthy-Mathos; and a brother, Donald Mathos and his wife, Cathy of Bedford, PA. He will be sadly missed by his beloved Corgi, “Maggie”. A Celebration of His Life will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Schumaker Park Pavilion in Salisbury. Father Norman Hancock will officiate. Please bring your lawn chairs.
