Wallace Edgar Nobbs, Jr., 89, passed away on June 13, 2014 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. Born in Pittsburg, PA he was the son of the late Wallace Edgar Nobbs, Sr. and Helen Stewart Nobbs. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his sons, Wallace Edgar Nobbs, III and his wife, Louise of Timberlake, NC and Courtney M. Nobbs and his wife, Elizabeth of Baltimore; grandchildren, Kenneth M. Nobbs and his wife, Poppy of Salisbury, Kelly M. Duffy and her husband, Orlando of Clarksville, TN and their daughter, Brooke; brothers, Kenneth E. Nobbs of Pittsburg, PA and Thomas E. Nobbs of Ocala, FL and a sister, Eleanor Miller of Butler, PA. He was preceded in death by his wife Clarice M. Nobbs on September 8, 2012. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 2 pm at Asbury Church Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. The Rev. Christopher LaBarge will officiate.
