Virgil Alvin Hudson 60 of Powellville, died Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.
Born in Frankford, DE, he was the son of the late Charles and Pearl Hudson.
Mr. Hudson worked for over 29 years for public works for the town of Ocean C ity.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Jackie Hudson; daughter, Marcie Sentf; grandchildren: Miranda Senft and Cole Senft all of Powellville; two brothers and their wives: Charles & Linda Hudson of Delmar and Richard & Penny Hudson of Salisbury; sister, Pauline Hudson and Jimmy Nichols of Willards and several nieces and nephews. In addition of his parents, he was preceded in death by a half-brother, Jack Nicholson.
A memorial service will be held, Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Powellville Fire Hall and Mr. Bill Cole will be speaking. Side dishes and desserts are welcome.
